How Do I Properly Operate My Gun?

What Does My Warranty Cover?

• Many of the items they carry are covered under manufacturer warranties for defects. Their agreements with some manufacturers state they are not allowed to accept returns for their products as it would void their warranty. 

• If your item is not covered by the manufacturer, they will cover you with their in-house 30 day warranty. The Warranty chart above provides all the contact and coverage information for their products.

• They understand that some items will be defective out of the box from time to time. Majority of the issues with their hobby products can be resolved with simple maintenance procedures. 

• Please look to our troubleshooting page first before contacting them, found here: " Do's & Do Not's of Airsoft". If these procedures do not solve your issue, please look at our Warranty Chart above to start your defective item return

• *If an item is returned without proper troubleshooting and no defect is found, the item must be returned to the customer at their own expense, or a standard buyback fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

I No Longer Want My Item. What Are My Options?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused/new item(s) in their original packaging for a store credit or refund within the first 15 days of receiving your order. If you would like to return your item after 15 days, they will take back unused/new items in their original packaging for store credit*.

Do I Have a Warranty for Certified Pre-Owned Items?

All of their Certified Pre-Owned Items come with a 30 day warranty through for any kind of internal defects. The warranty for pre-owned items does not cosmetic blemishes or accessories. These items are tested by their technical department for functionality of the product but any included accessories are not.
