What is their return policy?

• All sales of guns, ammunition, ammunition components, blank cartridges and clothing are final sales, and returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted. The order delivered to FFL and transferred is the final order after delivery.

• If any gun or any other product mentioned above is found to be defective after the transfer, you will have two options. You can contact the manufacturer directly and ask for warranty repair or replacement, or you can contact them for refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the delivery of the purchased items.

• The customer further authorizes and agrees that Palmetto State armory charges the above fees from the debit card or credit card used to place the original online order.

• Palmetto State armory reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card refund. Palmetto State armory reserves the right to reject all future orders that are cancelled by any customer through debit or credit card chargeback after shipment.

• Process all payments immediately after placing an order. The customer is responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws relating to the sale, transfer, possession, transportation or use of firearms, ammunition depots and ammunition at the customer's residence.

How long will I receive my order?

• Usually, your order can be delivered within 5 working days. During holidays and peak seasons, due to the large number of orders, the delivery time will be different. They worked very hard to send your order to you, and they apologize for the delay. If your order has exceeded the above delivery time, please inform their customer service department, and they will send your order to their delivery department to investigate the reason for the delay.

• Please note that it may take 15 working days for the upper recipients to ship. Serialized items (rifles, pistols, lower receivers, etc.) may take 7-10 working days to ship. Please verify whether PSA has a copy of FFL provided by the dealer.

How to track my order status?

• To track your order, log in, click "my account", click "view order" on the right side of the screen, click "shipment", and then click the tracking number. 

• Usually, the tracking information will be updated at the end of the working day after the carrier receives the order.
