What's the available shipping methods?

• 3-5 Day (3-5 Business Days) - Orders placed via this method will be delivered by either USPS First Class, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.

• 2 Day (2 Business Days) - Orders placed via this method will be delivered via FedEx or UPS.

• 1 Day (1 Business Day) - Orders placed via this method will be delivered via FedEx or UPS.

What carriers does Discount Dance use?

• USPS First Class Mail-Orders shipped via this method are normally placed in a large plastic envelope and delivered by your regular mail carrier. To be eligible for this method orders must weight less than 13 ounces and be able to fit in the envelope.

• USPS Priority Mail- Orders shipped via this method will be delivered by a mail carrier.

• UPS or FedEx Ground-Orders shipped via this method will be delivered by UPS or FedEx. Tracking information is available for all orders sent via this method. UPS and FedEx will generally not deliver to PO Boxes.

• UPS or FedEx 3 Day-The same information, rules and restrictions as FedEx or UPS Ground apply to this method. Orders arrive by the end of the third business day after being shipped. In addition a signature will be required for this method.

• UPS or FedEx 2 Day Air- The same information, rules and restrictions as FedEx or UPS Ground apply to this method. Orders arrive by the end of the second business day after being shipped. In addition a signature will be required for this method.

Does Discount Dance send shipping labels for items being returned?

• You may print a prepaid return on their site by viewing your order status or clicking on start a return. If the order is valid for use with the return label you will see a button labeled "Return Items", click on this and follow the instructions. 

• If you use this label you will have $5.95 deducted from your refund. Prepaid return labels are only available for orders shipped from within the contiguous US. You are not required to use this label for your returns. If you received an item that is incorrect or defective they ask that you contact Customer Service at (800) 328-7107. Their customer service team will instruct you on how to return these items at their cost.

What should I do if I receive damaged items?

• Should you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items, please return the merchandise within 60 days from the ship date to the return address above. They will refund the shipping cost if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form. Only standard carrier services will be refunded for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

• To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code. In addition, please specify the damage/defect on the Return Form. REPLACEMENT FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS: They will gladly send out a replacement of the original items purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is still available. If the merchandise is not available you will receive a refund in the original form of payment used.
