Can I make a return at Alducadaosta?

• Shipping costs for the return of the package with the courier indicated by Al Duca D'Aosta will be free. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer. You can request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

• If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, make sure you request your return within 14 days after the day on which the product come into your physical possession. The return must be shipped from the original delivery address.

How to make a return at Alducadaosta?

• Send an e-mail to [email protected] specifying the order number, the item (s) that you would like to return and the reason why.

• Book a free collection with TNT by visiting http://www.tnt.com.Select your country and find the telephone number of your nearest TNT branch.Sender's Account Number will be asked, please specify it (29595) and Al Duca d'Aosta as a company name.

• Fill in the waybill (you will find it inside your parcel) and attach as document for sending back the shipment the Returns Invoice Customs if you are an extra EU customer (you will find it inside the original documents).You did receive two copies of the pro forma invoice reporting the items you bought. Please insert one of hem into the parcel and stick the other one outside the box, together with the return label.

What's the taxes and duties?

• All shipments outside the European Union are subject to import taxes and local taxes which vary according to the type and value of the goods.

• The shipments for United States and Canada will be made in DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) . Duties are included in the amount of articles and no payment will be due to the forwarding agent upon receiving the package. Al Duca d'Aosta will not be charged for local taxes as sales taxes and VAT.  Orders from the rest of the world will be DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Duties must be paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery. 

• Please, note that they don't issue FTA for South Korea.  For shipments to Russia and China, shipments can only be made in DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) with SDA. Returns are not allowed.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return?

• Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original Label, tags and packaging included. They will not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed.

• If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, they reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.

• Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging. Footwear must be in the original shoe box and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

• If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expenses and reimbursement will not be made.
