Do they offer return or exchange?
All Star Wine & Spirits is committed to the 100% satisfaction of their customers, and they want to hear about any problems you may experience.
Should any product be broken during shipping, please email their Customer Service department at [email protected], or call them within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so they can pursue a claim with the shipping company.
They may ask to have damaged products returned to them in their original packaging or ask to have pictures of the damaged goods sent to them.
What will they do if I received wrong product?
If the product you receive is not the product you ordered, please notify them within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so that they can resolve the issue in a timely fashion. If they make an error and ship you the wrong item(s), they will correct this at their expense.
If the product you received is the product that you ordered, but not what you intended to order, they can accept a return or make an exchange, but unfortunately, all of the shipping costs involved will need to be paid by the customer.
Is there something I should notice?
All products carried by Allstarwine.com are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving their facility.
They assume no liability for wines that are overheated (leaking), or frozen, as a result of shipping.
As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles are purchased at the buyer's risk. Any return claim will be addressed on a per order basis, and under their discretion, may not be refundable.
