What if I haven't receive my refund on time?

• Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process, though some financial institutions can take longer.
  

• To get a sense of when you'll see your refund reflected in your account, check the date of the refund confirmation email they sent. This is the date they initiated the refund.
  

• Note that a refund might not appear as a separate transaction on your bank statement. For some refunds, the original pending Grubhub transaction will either disappear from your statement or adjust to reflect the updated order amount.
  

Can I buy gift cards in bulk?

• Yes. Treat employees, customers, and partners to their favorite restaurant delivery. 
  

• If you need more than $2000 worth of gift cards, bulk ordering is for you. 
  

• Orders require a new account on the bulk portal and prepayment via ACH, Wire Transfer, or Corporate Credit Card by approval.
  

How do I know if my order qualifies for the Grubhub Guarantee?

• If your order arrives late or you find a better price, you may qualify for a Grubhub Guarantee Perk. But, please note that:
  

• They only review orders placed within the last 7 days.
  

• Orders that were placed for pick up are excluded from the on-time guarantee.
  

• Orders that qualified for a total or partial refund may not qualify for the lowest price guarantee.
  

• Group orders are excluded from this promotion.
  

• At this time, price match is only available for orders with Uber Eats, Doordash, and Postmates.

Can I cancel the membership and how?

• Yes. You can cancel your Grubhub+ membership at any time. If you cancel, your membership benefits will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. (If you cancel during a trial period, your benefits will end immediately.)
  

• Go to the “Grubhub+ membership” section in account settings.
  

• Click or tap the “Cancel membership” link at the bottom of the screen.
  

• Confirm your cancellation by clicking the “Cancel membership” button on the following screen.
  

• They'll send also send a confirmation email to the address associated with your Grubhub account.
