Is it safe to order online?

Absolutely! Your Order can be completed online by simply clicking the "Order Now" button next to the item you wish to order. The secure server will protect and scramble all of your shipping and credit card numbers with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. If you feel more comfortable you may phone please process your order as a check or money order and call with the order number provided. However, placing your order online is extremely safe and secure. Your privacy and security is our number one priority.

How are the cord prices factored? 

At Americord, they strive to provide the highest quality products at competitive prices. In the production of power cords and similar items, three main factors affect the final cost: oil price, copper price, and the U.S. dollar value. Oil is used in the manufacturing of the insulation, copper is used for much of the wiring, and the U.S. dollar value determines their capacity in purchasing these resources. They watch the market daily and try to keep their prices as up-to-date as possible, but the market is constantly fluctuating. The published price of their products should be used as an estimate; the actual cost may be above or below it. They appreciate your understanding.

How much is shipping?

They provide published Fed Ex shipping rates within the 48 US contiguous states. Shipping to out side of the contiguours states is not an option online please contact customer service for more information or see What about international delivery? Rates will appear automatically under "Service Charge" when making a purchase.   

How long will it take to receive my order?

In Stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Except during holidays when delays in shipping may happen.  Arrival time is generally 1 to 5 days depending on the option you choose. They will send you tracking numbers via e-mail as soon as they are available.

What is your return policy?

• Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return your item for credit or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition.

• A few of their vendors may be excluded from their return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item. Special orders where custom orders, Bulk Wire or colors are selected are non-refundable. 

• To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). They ship items from their warehouse here in Utah.  All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
