What are the rates for shipping and handling?
Free ground shipping for all domestic orders, CN¥730.00 minimum spend, in the continental US (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico excluded).
Free shipping for International orders over US CN¥3,650.00.
CN¥365.00 flat rate for International orders under US CN¥3,650.00.
Free ground shipping for military addresses.
What is the shipping policy?
Anatomie offers both domestic and international shipping.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on customer selection at checkout on business days, excluding holidays.
They only use USPS for Military addresses and P.O. boxes.
International orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) only.
For international orders, customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any orders additional to shipping charges.

When will I receive my order?
Your order will begin processing the same day if placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST (excluding holidays) and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.
All orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed by Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
You will be contacted by one of their customer care representatives if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment.
How to return an online order?
Returns are accepted if they meet their return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to prevent the return of personally damaged or used garments and to assure the high quality of our products.

You have 30 business days to make a return ( both US and International). Anatomie will not be responsible to refund duties costs incurred.
Anatomie will refund item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached
