How to check the status of my order?

Shortly after you place an order, your order is assigned an invoice number. You can contact them at any time to get your invoice number, which can be used to look up or reference your order.
Right when they get your order, they authorize the charge and check the availability of the products you ordered. If they can ship immediately, they will capture the charge, ship the items, and notify you by email of the shipping and tracking information.
What is the shipping policy for international orders?
They routinely ship products all over the world, and can easily accommodate orders to be shipped outside the United States.
The best way to see how much shipping costs is to add the item to your shopping cart and then at the top of the cart enter your location.
After that, it will show you the grand total including shipping in your cart (before you go to checkout).
How do I know how much do I need to pay for shipping?
To get shipping prices on particular products, you can either: (1) place the desired items in your online shopping cart and check the shipping price calculated at their electronic check-out, or (2) contact them by email at [email protected] .
Shipping prices always depend on the parts ordered and the destination delivery location.
All shipping prices include full insurance. Should your shipment be damaged or lost, they will assume liability for the package and will replace your lost or damaged parts as quickly as possible and at no charge to you.
How to make a return?
Contact them at [email protected] to begin the return process. Please have proof of purchase on hand for verification purposes.
So that they can provide you with the best service possible, please tell them why you want to return your order.
The team member you correspond with will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to return your purchase to them.
Products should be in the condition in which you received them, uninstalled, with the original packaging and paperwork.
Upon receipt of your return, they will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days.
