Can I amend my order?

• Your goodies will be freshly mixed, picked and packed within 24 hours after full payment has been received. 

• When the status of your order is completed, you will not be able to amend it. 

• If you have any queries please use the message button on the lower right hand side of the screen.

What is the return policy?

• In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, Anita Grant also offers returns of any product(s) should you change your mind. 

• Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, and must be returned in the same condition that it was received by the customer. 

• Customers can claim a refund on their returned purchases, or choose to exchange them for a different product. 

• For returns made by customers outside the Distance Selling Regulations, you will be entitled to a refund of the full monetary value of the goods that are returned, at the price at which they were originally purchased.

What are the conditions for return?

• Items that have been opened, tested or partially used and which cannot be returned in the same physical state to which they were purchased; and electronic gift vouchers.

• All items returned must be in the original condition that the customer received them in and must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. 

• Packaging includes ensuring that side labels are affixed in their original state, and unopened/unbroken, all tamper seals intact and boxes unopened. All returned goods will be inspected before refunds are issued to ensure an “as new” condition. However, please note that items are your responsibility until they reach our office. 

• It is important that you ensure that all returned items are wrapped in suitable packaging, to prevent damage to the items or their packaging. 

• They are not responsible for any items that are returned in error. As a precaution, they strongly recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning. This protects you against lost or damaged goods.
