How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are, and what you've ordered. Many in-stock items ship after 1-3 business days of processing. Made-to-order and custom items vary. The individual expected ship date is shown on every product page.

Which shipping carriers does Anya Lust use?

They use UPS, USPS, and DHL. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What name shows in the return address on my package?

Anya Lust will be in small print on your otherwise very discreet package. If you'd like them to change the name to ANYA or A.L. INC please let them know in the notes at checkout.

Where is my package?

Once your item ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track the status of your package by clicking on the number in your email. If you encounter any issues after the package is in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. They will be able to help you.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order on the same day your order was placed, if the package has not yet shipped. They do not accommodate order cancellations under any other circumstance.

The item I want is sold out. Can I place a special order?

Possibly! Some items can be ordered after they sell out, but you may experience a delay in receiving it. Please email them at [email protected] with a link to or the name of the product.

Can I return items that are final sale?

These items are final sale and cannot be returned: Kafemme items, hosiery, custom orders (including latex), pearl panties/bodysuits, candles, intimate wellness items, sensual accessories, mystery box, gift cards, classes/workshops, and items marked 'on sale'. They will not accept anything that has been worn, damaged, detached tags, or returned after 14 days. If items are not returned under these conditions, they will be promptly sent back to the purchaser's address. Please try on bottoms over your own panties.

What's the shipping poicy?

• All shipments coming from outside of your country may incur a customs and duties charge. Anya Lust is not responsible for the additional fees that the government chooses to impose on your package. You are fully responsible for any additional fees. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, plus a 10% restocking fee.
