How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within North America typically takes 3-10 business days.
Does Arkadia cover duties?
Arkadia does not cover duties that may be incurred upon delivery of your shipment. This is determined by your own country's customs and is your responsibility.
If package delivery is refused due to duties being incurred, shipping charges paid to ship the package will not be refundable.
What is Arkadia warranty policy?
They are committed to only providing you with products and quality they stand behind. However, regardless of how carefully you use your product(s), it will eventually begin to show age and wear.
Their coverage for manufacturing defects is 90 days after the delivery date.
Manufacturing defects claims will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. In any case that a manufacturing defect claim is approved, a replacement item will be issued.
Arkadia Supply Co. does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear.

What is Arkadia return policy?
They currently only accept returns or exchanges for orders within the United States.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund any product in its new, unused condition, and with tags attached, within 30 days after the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. They do not refund shipping costs.
Any item that has been used will not be eligible for a refund. Arkadia Supply reserves the rights to reject any returns that do not follow our return requirements
