How does ARK Therapeutic clean the Z-Vibe and Z-Vibe tips?

Wipe the handle with a disinfecting spray or wipe (such as Clorox Anywhere). The tips can then be removed and scrubbed with mild soap and water, or put in the dishwasher (no drying cycle), or boiled for a few minutes (just be sure to wait a few hours before using again so that they can cool to the core, not just to the touch).

How long does shipping take?

Most orders placed online before midnight EST ship next business day. Delivery after that is typically within 2-4 business days to a US address (as long as there aren't any problems with the delivery address, extreme weather delays, etc.). Delivery times to addresses outside of the US can vary, but is usually within 2-4 weeks.

What shipping methods does ARK Therapeutic accept?

Most orders via USPS (United States Post Office). For orders over $200, they will automatically upgrade your shipping to signature required at no extra charge.

Most international orders ship via UPS.

Where does ARK Therapeutic ship to?

Currently they ship domestically within the United States and Puerto Rico (including Hawaii and Alaska).

Can I return or exchange items at ARK Therapeutic?

• If you're not sure which products you should get, please feel free to reach out to them before you place an order. They'd be happy to make recommendations if they can and help you choose the right products.

• If you have already placed an order - they truly hope that you are happy with your purchase! If something is not exactly the best fit, please contact them within 30 days of the delivery date. Even though products cannot be returned, they will still always do their best to help whenever they can.

When will I receive my order?

• They ship very fast! Most orders are shipped next business day and delivered within 1 week if not sooner.

What's the best substitute for chewing fingers?

• ARK's Krypto-Bite, Bite Saber, and/or Baseball Bat are usually best for that (the reason being they're long, slender, and smooth, much like a finger - so you're matching the chew to what the person already likes to chew on).

• Most of their chew tools (these included) come in 3 color-coded toughness levels. The softest/standard level is usually the one to start with here. Unless the individual has a very strong need to chew and is chewing through other things as well, in which case the tougher XT and XXT options would most likely hold up to that better.
