What is NW Artisan Hardware Return Policy?
Please notify NW Artisan Hardware within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order. Customer designed custom projects cannot be returned. Returns are 100% credited to your Artisan Cash account for future use on Artisan products.
To return any product purchased from Artisan, you’ll be required to follow the procedures that apply to your circumstances, outlined below: Return Procedure. Contact Artisan (1-801-698-2641 or [email protected]) to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA).. Print and include the Return Authorization (RA) with your return shipment.
Please do NOT destroy or dispose of the crate your door is shipped in until you are completely satisfied with your product.
Artisan is not responsible to provide another shipping crate should you dispose or destroy the one we shipped your product regardless of the reason the door needs to be returned.

Metal Barn Doors: 7-10 Business Days.
