Does Badland support warranty?

Badland expressly guarantees that any garment with a "Red Bull Head" is the best garment you will ever own. They warrant your Badlands product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship through normal wear and tear over the life of the product. If your product doesn't exceed your expectations when you buy it, return it and they will exchange it or refund it. But if life gives you a particularly bad hunting day (sounds impossible, right?) and you rip or tear your Badlands gear, they'll do their best to fix it if they can.

What is their return policy?

They currently only handle returns, not exchanges. They will refund your order, if you are looking for a different size, color, etc. you will need to place a new order. A Badlands representative will answer your call and receive your order or if emailed, they will reply to your email with a prepaid shipping label that you can print out, attach to your package and send it back via FedEx . Please allow them 1-2 business days to respond to your order return request email. For returns, the item should be in brand new, unused condition, preferably in the original packaging with the original label.

What is their shipping policy?

Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are not included in transit times or in FedEx next-day or next-day delivery schedules. Expedited shipping options also do not take into account their 1-2 day processing window. They do everything possible to process and ship your order as promptly as possible. The express option (2 days or overnight) is only available in the continental US (excluding HI and AK), the express option does not include processing time. Shipping is calculated based on the total amount of each order. For faster delivery, they offer FedEx next-day or next-day delivery for an additional fee.
