When will I get my item?
From the moment you place your order, it will take 5-7 business days to receive your shipment. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed. While most orders are shipped faster than this, they will do their best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. If you would like them to review your order, please send an email to [email protected] and they will be happy to assist you.
Do you ship outside of the country?
Thank you for your interest in BalanceGenics. Unfortunately, they do not ship their products outside of the United States. They hope to ship internationally in the future.
How do I return your product?
Please contact their customer support team at support@balancegenics so they can assist you and provide you with a shipping label to return the products you wish to return.
Collect all items you wish to return in a shipping box or envelope. Print the shipping label and attach it to the outside of your box or envelope. Place it in your mailbox for USPS pickup or FedEx drop box (depending on your label).
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once the item is back in their warehouse and processed (approximately 2-3 weeks), the card used to purchase the item will be automatically refunded to you. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your balance.
