Can I make a return at BatBnB?

My BatBnB arrived damaged, what should I do?
They recommend you check your BatBnB products immediately upon arrival.
They accept returns of unused damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery with a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact them immediately with details of the product and the defect. Images of the damage or deficiency are appreciated.
Once they receive your notification of the damaged item, they will notify you via email whether or not you are permitted a replacement.
If you are entitled to a replacement due to damage during shipment or due to a manufacturing defect, they will send the replacement along with a paid return shipping label for the defective or damaged item.
I received my BatBnB, but I can't find the mounting bracket and hardware in the box?
They have learned that their mounting bracket, the associated hardware, and the mounting guide can slide into your BatBnB’s chambers during shipment and get stuck. If you can’t find the included items check in the chambers first. If you do find the items stuck in a chamber, simply use a long slender stick or tool to dislodge the items. If you don’t find the items stuck inside the chambers, check the box once more and if you are sure you’ve received none of the included items, please contact them immediately.
How do I install a pole for my BatBnB?
Once you've found a suitable location, first dig a hole 3 feet to 4 feet deep with a shovel, post-hole digger, or an auger.
Attach your BatBnB to the pole, before erecting the pole. You can find mounting guidelines for your BatBnB in the included booklet or www.batbnb.com/hanging-guide.
They like to put a few inches of gravel in the hole to drain water away from the pole and help prolong the life of the pole.
Raise the pole while inserting into the hole (this may require the help of a friend).
Use a level to make sure the pole is straight.
Fill around the pole using cement, gravel, dirt, or a combination of them (you can find many guides for setting poles with the materials you'd prefer to use by simply searching online).
They recommend adding small amounts of fill at a time and periodically checking the levelness of the pole as you go.
