What is Bedgear's Shipping Policy?

• The company currently ships to 48 consecutive states in the United States and Canada, except for P.O boxes, DPO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Ground delivery is free for all orders. If you are AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and enter your zip code, your shopping cart will have shipping charges. Please consult them for alternatives to purchasing thier products in these areas.

• In order to purchase an adjustable baseplate included, they offer free white glove delivery: this 100% free service ensures safe delivery and proper setting of your bed gear adjustable baseplate and mattress. 

When will the ordered goods arrive and how will they be tracked?

All orders will be processed and shipped by UPS Ground from thier warehouse in South Carolina within 2 business days of your order. If ordered on Saturday and Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Standard UPS shipments on the East Coast take three to five business days to arrive after processing goods, and about seven to 10 business days on the West Coast.
