What's the economy shipping?

Orders shipped via economy delivery typically arrive in 5 to 12 business days (M-F, not including holidays) of processing the order. Processing can take an additional 1-3 days. This option is available within the continental U.S. Occasionally, shipments may take longer, so they recommend expedited service if you require an item by a specific date. 

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States is $7.95 economy shipping for all orders less than $35. For orders over $35, shipping is free. Upgrade your shipping for faster delivery. Shipping charges for all other orders are calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout for online orders, or when you place your order over the phone.

Which shipping methods does Bedwetting Store provide?

The Bedwetting Store ships via FedEx, United States Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail. For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within the estimated time frames (listed as Business Days) defined below for standard shipping. If you order Next Day Air or Expedited Shipping before 1:00 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays (excluding holidays), your order will ship the same day. 

Can I make a return at Bedwetting Store?

• The Bedwetting Store accepts returns of unused merchandise returned in their original, resellable condition within 30 days of purchase - excluding books. In the event that an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Because of health and safety concerns, they cannot accept returns of used bedwetting alarms, bedding, briefs and other merchandise. Items purchased in a kit are discounted. 

• If a kit is partially returned, the full cost of the un-returned items will be deducted from the refund. Occasionally, some their products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, their actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Often alarms or watches act erratic due to low batteries or they just need to be reset. How to return an item at Bedwetting Store?

• Submit the following request or call them at 800-214-9605 for a return merchandise (RMA) number before returning your item to them. Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. The Bedwetting Store is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Mail cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. 

• Since the Bedwetting Store cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, they recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured. You must request a return authorization number within 30 days of purchase and return the item to them for their receipt within 14 calendar days after issuance of your RMA.
