Will I be charged customs duties and extra taxes if I receive Mighty outside of the USA?

They do not collect any customs duties or taxes during the checkout process, so it's possible that you will be charged your country's standard customs duties and/or taxes. Please check with your local customs office for details on the customs duties and taxes in your country.

Can I modify or Cancel an order?

• If you wish to modify or cancel your order you may do so by emailing them at [email protected]. Please use the subject line "Modify/Cancel Order" so they can prioritize your email and be sure to include your order number. They cannot guarantee that they will be able to modify your order before it has been processed and shipped but they will do their best to make it happen.
• New orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What does this warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Mighty which can be identified with the "Mighty" trademark or logo. This Limited Warranty doesn't apply to the following:

• Products and services other than the Product

• Mighty merchandise including but not limited to shirts, and other apparel

• Non-Mighty hardware products

• Software embedded in the Product and related services provided by Mighty

• Note: The Limited Warranty covers a battery that fails from a defect in manufacturing, but it doesn't cover batteries that wear out from normal use.

What does the warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been modified or altered by anyone who is not an approved agent of Mighty.

How does state law relate to this warranty?

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

Can I make a return?

Within 30 Days of Purchase

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase from bemighty.com, you may request a full refund for the purchased price of the product minus all associated costs. Please contact them at [email protected] for return instructions and a return authorization number.

• To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in the same condition as you received it and must be in its original packaging. Mighty will not provide refunds for any product which is damaged, missing parts, and not in its original packaging. they may request a receipt or original proof of purchase prior to issuing a full refund. 

After 30 Days of Purchase

• If your product is defective per the terms of Mighty's Limited Warranty, you may request a replacement product. Products deemed defective by Mighty will be replaced free of charge. Products not deemed defective by Mighty cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt.
