What is the shipping policy

• They shall endeavor to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by them as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 2 working days or less if the goods are in stock, and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order. 

• If they are unable to dispatch the goods within that time they  will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.

• As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.

Can I return the defective or damaged item?

• Yes. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased from this site, and it is undamaged, please return within 30 days for a full refund. 

• Merchandise must be returned in the original carton with original packaging, accessories, and instructions. 

• Products returned in non-salable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Does Berkley offer repair service?

• Berkley warrants to the original purchaser that its rods are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

• Berkley is not responsible for normal wear and tear, nor failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care. This applies to either rods purchased separately or as a combo unit.

• Berkley does not offer repair or parts for rods. If your rod failed due to a manufacturing defect and is still under warranty, they will be happy to replace it with a new rod of the same or comparable model. 

• If your rod is within the original warranty period, Berkley will need to inspect your rod to determine the nature of the defect.

• Rods NOT covered under warranty may also be submitted for replacement for a nominal fee. Please contact them directly for details.

• If your rod is within the original warranty period (1 year from the date of purchase for manufacturer defects), they will need to inspect your rod to determine the nature of the break.
