What's the detail of the shipping policy?

What's the detail of the return policy?
Pressure test all your items immediately upon delivery. Do not wait to check your kegs and CO2 cylinders.
Do not remove the valve from any cylinder. They can't accept returns on cylinders that have had the valve removed.
Returns only accepted within 45 days after the delivery date.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received (i.e. unused, unmodified/not disassembled, never filled with any liquid, and with no gas or liquids in the returned item(s).)
Return shipping is paid by buyer.
Restocking fee of 15 percent of purchase price may apply.
