What is their return policy?
Their 14 day return/exchange policy. Items to be returned must be returned to the mailing address within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be in the original condition in which they were shipped. Items with wear and tags removed will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense. Please include a copy of your order receipt with your return. They pride themselves on carefully shipping items in the proper packaging, and they implore all returns to be handled in a similar manner. They do not currently accept international returns. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder. They strongly recommend that you include a signed confirmation when shipping, and if you are uncomfortable leaving your package outside your home when no one is home, you must sign on delivery. They support free US shipping.

International orders typically arrive within 10-30 business days, depending on delivery method, but may vary due to customs clearance in each country. Please note that tracking usually does not update with USPS First Class Mail once the package leaves the United States.
