What is their return policy?

• If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 10 days after receiving it and get a free replacement or a full refund of the product price. If any items are damaged or cannot be sold, they will not be refunded. They are committed to customer satisfaction and support all their products. The freight will not be refunded and a 5% purchase fee will be charged.

• If you receive damaged or defective goods, they will send you a replacement or a full refund immediately after you return the damaged or defective goods. You will not be charged any additional freight and handling charges for replacing the goods.

What is their shipping policy?

• At checkout, the estimated freight for all orders is $39.99. This fee applies only to frameless artwork and will cover unlimited transportation costs for frameless artwork of any size shipped anywhere in Canada. Your order will be shipped through DHL or USPS Priority Mail International, and the transit time is 2 to 10 days, depending on your location in Canada.

• If your order contains anything other than non frame art, they will review your order upon receipt. If your order meets the conditions of other transportation options (i.e. USPS First class international mail), which will reduce your transportation costs, they will provide you with these options and delivery schedule. In addition, if the delivery cost of your order is significantly higher, they will contact you and provide you with a quotation. This will give you the opportunity to pay additional amounts, adjust or cancel your order and get a refund.
