Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address after placing an order, as most orders are completed within an hour. They have automatic address validators and warnings built into the checkout process to prevent shipping address errors and misspellings.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact their support team at [email protected] or through our Zendesk form.
Can I return an unused sample?
They do not currently offer or accept any product returns.
Where is my package?
After your order is complete, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the "Track Your Shipment" link to track your package on the FedEx website. If you have an account on their website, you can also log in here to view your tracking information.
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please review this article.
In the rare case that a package does get lost in transit, please contact their customer support team at [email protected]. They will be happy to place your order for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
They will ship within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Orders placed before midnight EST Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next day.
Orders placed Friday through Saturday at 8pm EST will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed Saturday at 8 p.m. EST and after Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
All orders are shipped on FedEx Priority Overnight.

Can the samples be used on exterior surfaces?
The adhesive on the samples is intended for indoor use. The texture of exterior surfaces is usually much rougher. Samples do not adhere well to unusually rough, dirty or gritty surfaces. That said, it is still good to see real paint in your exterior lighting environment in person. So while the samples may not adhere, they are still very useful in choosing the right color for your exterior.
