What is return policy?

• 15 days return policy If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, they're here to help. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return your unused item(s) for a full refund within 15 days from the date the products were received. However, customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and up to 25% restocking fee. The items have to be unused and in original condition. • Return items must not be used or opened. They do not accept returns of Time Deal items and Clearance items. Clearance items and Time Deal items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. They do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.

• Damaged item(s) / Wrong item(s) return policy If you have received damaged items or wrong items, you can make a return request through the Blooming KOCO customer service team along with an attachment of a picture for proof. After checking the information, they will send you the replacement items right away along with the prepaid return shipping label or issue you a refund.

Holidays excluded, standard fulfillment and shipping takes 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Depending on where you live, delivery may take a longer time to arrive.

All Blooming KOCO orders are shipped out of the US. Orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

When will my Blooming KOCO order ship?

• They process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays.)

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to updated.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

• They at Blooming KOCO work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where they can "catch" your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.
