What is Blukoo Return Policy? 

• UK Returns: To return a product please print or hand write this return form and follow the below instructions.

• Faulty Goods: Please note Blukoo can only accept a faulty return if your item is returned complete, including all the original manufacturers packaging, so please do not throw this away upon purchase or Blukoo will not be able to accept the item back. Please make sure the item is wrapped securely to avoid damage.

• If goods are not sent back to Blukoo by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, Blukoo cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.

• For faulty items Blukoo will either replace the product with the same or offer a refund should the product no longer be available. 

• Non-Faulty Goods: If you change your mind about your purchase you may return it to Blukoo unopened at your own expense within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit; after 28 days they do not accept returns. They do not accept returns for non-faulty unwanted items in any circumstance if they have been opened/unsealed. No returns' authorization code is required but ensure the item is packaged securely and the return form is included.

What is Blukoo Shipping Policy?

• Blukoo offers free standard delivery on all orders within the UK. Please note, free postage is only available on standard delivery to UK mainland addresses.

• UK Standard Delivery: Thier Standard Delivery cost is free, regardless of how many items you purchase. Standard Delivery orders arrive within 2-4 working days and are dispatched via Royal Mail. 

• Delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. Blukoo aims to meet the timescales but during busy periods (including Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer.

• Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address to your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

• UK Express Delivery: Blukoo offers a few express delivery options allowing you to pick the best on to suit your needs. 

• You can select the following:Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature - £5.95. DPD Next Working Day - £9.95.

• UK Saturday Delivery: Blukoo now offers an option to get your order delivered to you on a Saturday. DPD Saturday Delivery - £15.00.
