Does the product I buy from their website have a warranty?

Quip offers a lifetime guarantee on all products associated with an active supplement plan. For items not associated with an active supplement plan, your product will be covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you're having trouble with your quip product, follow the steps in their troubleshooting guide, as most issues can be resolved with a quick home fix.

What does their warranty cover?

Note that their warranty covers all manufacturing defects, excluding product misuse or lost items. While they will provide support and assistance with all issues, if your quip product has stopped working or has been damaged by misuse (ie in your Welcome and Supplementary Manual and on their website), or general misuse.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

They will do their best to respond to all cancellation requests as quickly as possible; however, due to their volume of orders and processing times, they cannot guarantee cancellations after an order has been placed, even if contacted within these time frames. Store orders are processed within 1 hour of purchase, and auto-replenishment orders are processed within 24 hours of your confirmation email. Once an order is placed, they will not be able to modify the contents of the store order.

Do they offer free shipping?
