When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped from their Melbourne (Australia) warehouse using the Australia Post express network. Free delivery on all Australia and New Zealand orders over $29. All orders placed before 4pm (AEDT) will be received the next business day as long as the delivery address is within the Australia Post express network. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and on weekends will be shipped first Monday morning.
What is their return policy?
As stated in your terms and conditions of purchase, Bronze Snake offers an exchange of size/color/style or a full store credit or a refund less a $9 handling fee. All returns must be received within 30 days. Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash. All sale item purchases are final. When returned or exchanged, it must be in original, unworn condition with all labels and packaging. Overall processing time may take up to 14 days.
Is there a charge for returns?
Australian/New Zealand customers will need to pay any postage to send returns, but they will send your new item/credit line for free. Any additional exchanges will incur a $10 handling fee. International customers will need to pay any postage to send a return and they will send your new exchange item for $10.
