• Bubble T Cosmetics offers free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £20, or you will pay £1.99 on orders under £20. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday and arrive within 2-3 days.
• EU Standard Delivery will charge £9.99 shipping fee and delivery will take 5-10 working days to arrive to your door.
• US & Canada Standard Delivery will charge £29.99 shipping fee and delivery will take 5-10 working days to arrive to your door.

What is Return policy of Bubble T Cosmetics?

• Bubble T Cosmetics offers return service for faulty products. Returns are usually processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to them. They will be assessed and accepted if they are deemed as faulty. Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-21 working days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• They cannot offer returns for any items purchased in store. For items purchased from a store please return to the place of purchase.

They are very sorry to hear this,  so they can make a claim with their carrier please do ensure you notify them in writing within 7 days of receiving your order, unfortunately due to the terms and conditions with their carrier they cannot accept claims sent after this period of time.

What are delivery charges on wholesale orders?
If you are within mainland UK they offer free delivery on orders above £60 (ex VAT) otherwise delivery in £8.50 per order. If you are based outside of these UK they offer EXWORKS shipping where you can collect orders from their warehouse.
