What is return policy?
Customers using the Service will be charged a fee as set forth on the Company's website, buddypunch.com (the "Website"). The Service fees and charges may be changed by Buddy Punch from time to time by sending Customer notification, in electronic, paper or any other form, or by posting an updated fee schedule on the Website at least thirty (30) days prior to changes. Customer agrees that Buddy Punch will charge said fees and charges directly to Customer's credit card on file with Buddy Punch. Customer will be notified of any credit card billing failure via electronic mail, invoice, or any other means available to Buddy Punch, and agrees to pay all such amounts within thirty (30) days of receipt of such notice.
Are there any other fees beyond the monthly/annual fee?
There is a per employee fee and then a base fee each month. This can be paid monthly or annually. If paid annually there is a discount. There are no other setup fees, termination fees, or hidden fees.
How are employees counted?
They only count active employees. You control who is active or inactive.
Active employees are able to record time and review their schedule. (terminated employees or seasonal employees can stay in the system as inactive and they will not count against your total)
How do refunds work?
Their refund policy is simple. If you believe you've made a mistake signing up for a paid Buddy Punch subscription online, please contact them inside the app or email [email protected]. They'll be happy to refund you the full amount (not pro-rated) if you cancel your subscription within 72 hours of signing up for monthly billing, or within 30 days of signing up for annual billing.

How is my payment being processed?
They use Stripe to process your payment. It's the same payment provider used by products such as Twitter, Pinterest, and Lyft. They do not handle your credit card information directly.
