How do returns and refunds work?
Build.ca offers a hassle-free return policy. You may return any product purchased within 30 days of receipt of your order, except electrical products or special orders. All returned products must be in new condition, suitable for resale in undamaged original packaging and all original parts; not used, installed, modified, rebuilt, refurbished, repaired, altered or damaged in any way. Some returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed by Build.ca. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
What conditions do I need to meet for a return?
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RGA). To apply for an RGA number, please click here to complete the RGA application form. Requests will be responded to within one business day, and you will receive a response stating that you approve or deny your return request. If your return request is approved, you will receive an RGA and return instructions. The RGA provided must appear on the outside of any packaging and any paperwork included. Only items with an approved RGA will be accepted.
Do they offer free shipping?
Build.ca proudly offers free shipping on any order over $49.00 (before tax). If your order is under $49.00 (before tax), you will be charged flat shipping. Build.ca charges a flat rate of $15.99 per order for all provinces and a flat rate of $79.99 across Canada. Goods destined for Canadian territory are not eligible for shipping promotions. Bulky items are not eligible for the free shipping promotion.
How soon can I receive my goods?
Build.ca Same Day Shipping Guarantee. Place your order by 4:00pm local time Monday-Friday and your order will be shipped the same day. In-stock items ship within one business day. Special orders or out-of-stock items may require additional shipping time, averaging 7 to 14 business days.
