How long will the shipment take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Overnight and 2-Day orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.
Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.
Packages shipping to United States PO boxes, United States Territories and all Military and Diplomatic addresses (may take up to 21 days) must be shipped via our Standard Shipping method.
Packages shipping Standard to Alaska may take more than 10 business days for delivery.

What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. When returning a set or kit, they require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded.
Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. Shipping is not included in refunds. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
To return your buxomcosmetics.com purchase by mail, please note the reason for your return on the front side of your packing slip and send the product(s) back to them using the prepaid label included in your package.
If you misplace your prepaid return label, please contact their Customer Service team for a replacement.
Does Buxomcosmetics guarrantee the items in my order?
The item(s) within your order including samples are not guaranteed for fulfillment. During the time of order processing, it will be determined whether an item(s) within your order needs to be cancelled due to stock availability issues.
They will ship the remaining available item(s) within your order to prevent shipment delays. Should your full order be cancelled, the pre-authorization hold will automatically drop from your payment method.
Please note that cancelled item(s) including samples cannot be replaced with an alternative item(s) once the order has been processed.
