What shipping methods do they offer?

• Free Economy Shipping-Smallflower offers free shipping for orders with a subtotal of $85, before taxes, and after discounts, that are being shipped to any of the lower 48 states and does not include Alaska or Hawaii.

• Economy Shipping-Certain lightweight products that qualify for economy shipping will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail. This option is valid within the contiguous United States and does not include Alaska or Hawaii. UPS SurePost is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery provided by the U.S. Postal Service.

• UPS Ground-UPS Ground is scheduled to arrive anywhere from 1 - 5 business days based on your destination. Orders that weigh over 9 pounds will be shipped with UPS Ground.

• UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air-Expedited UPS shipping rates vary based on weight and destination. UPS Next Day Air is the only shipping method providing guaranteed shipping (your package will be delivered the next business day, or else the shipping method is refundable). The cut off for shipping out expedited orders is 2pm CST, Monday-Friday. 

Do they offer International Shipping?

• They currently ship to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and will be expanding to other international countries soon.

• Delivered duty paid (DDP): they collect applicable duties and taxes upfront in order to streamline the shipping process for you. This method expedites transit through customs and eliminates any unexpected charges upon delivery.

• International orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time and are currently experiencing delays. Thank you in advance for your patience. 

What items can not be returned?

• If the item has been taken out of the package (i.e. any seals are broken), if there is any damage to the package or the item, or if the item has been used in any way they will not be able to accept the return. 

• For safety reasons they do not accept returns on homeopathic medicines regardless if it has not been opened.

• For safety reasons they do not accept returns on refrigerated products regardless if it has not been opened.

• For health and sanitary reasons, they do not accept returns on hair brushes, combs, toothbrushes, shaving brushes, razors, shaving tools, manicure/pedicure tools, sponges, menstrual cups, and bath items such as washcloths and back scrubbers, even if they are not used.

• Full-size, niche fragrances are sent with a sample. Please use this sample first to make sure you want to keep the fragrance. Once you open the packaging on a fragrance sent with a sample, it cannot be returned. 

• Special orders are prepaid and all sales are final.
