What is their return policy?
At Cables.com, they strive to keep their return policy simple and fair to their customers. They want you to be happy with your purchase and they will accept multiple returns within 30 days of purchase with no restocking fees. In some cases, it may be necessary to pass on the restocking fees that the manufacturer charges them to you. They will let you know the amount when you return it. They ask that you contact them within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss returns and request an authorization number.
How do they deliver?
They welcome international business. They ship packages using UPS or the US Postal Service. APO or AE shipments can only be made by US Mail. Orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday are usually dispatched the same day (if the item is in stock). In some cases when Ground or Free Shipping is chosen, the items may ship next day. They do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, so please take this into account when calculating shipping time. Next day delivery orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless offline scheduling specifies Saturday delivery. Free on most orders over $99.
