What is their shipping policy?

• Most products shipped in the United States are delivered through ups ground ®  Service delivery. You can also select UPS second day air or UPS next day air at checkout. Smaller packages, such as hoods or handles, can be delivered through USPS as appropriate.

UPS Ground ®  Service (unified freight and handling):

• Via UPS ground ®  Shipping orders usually take 1-5 working days to arrive, counting from the time the package leaves their facilities. All orders shipped by land in the United States will be charged based on their unit freight and $9.95 processing rate, regardless of the number of items shipped. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. central standard time will usually be delivered on the same day from Monday to Friday, waiting for verification. Orders with custom options may require additional business days to ship. Due to the large number of orders on weekends, UPS ground orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday may be delayed for an additional 24 hours. They apologize for the inconvenience.
