How long does it take to deliver my order?

• All FedEx Ground orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and will be received within 3-7 business days (depending on location).

• During promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. 

• All expedited orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed the following business day.

• All orders ship according to FedEx business days. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the delivery time frame. 

Do I need to pay for international taxes and duties?

• If you are shipping within the U.S, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. 

• There will be no other tax or import duty charges to orders shipped within the U.S. 

• All non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. CAMI NYC is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states.

• Taxes are generally about 5-18% (depending on the provincial destination). An $8.50 'handling' fee is also added when an item is taxed. Customs will put a taxes-owing form on the box and the box is held by the Post Office as a COD. Recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved.

• Duty charges will be paid upon delivery of goods. These charges are not included in the original total of your order. 

What to do if my package was lost?

• Please reach out to their customer service team if you believe your package is lost/stolen. 

• They will file a claim on your behalf. Please note shipping claims can take up to 20 days to process. 

• CAMI NYC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. 

When will I receive my refund?

• Once your return has been delivered to CAMI warehouses, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. 

• Once processed, your refund will be issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email.

• Please note: dependent on the bank/credit card provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.

How much does shipping charge?

• Domestic: They offer free ground shipping for all orders $100 or more before taxes throughout the United States! If your order is below $100 before taxes, shipping rates apply.

• International: Shipping is offered at costs subject to destination. All orders shipping to Canada and Mexico will be charged a $25 shipping fee; orders shipping to all other countries will be charged a $45 shipping fee. 

• International Customs & Duties Fees: Please note that Cami NYC is not responsible for customs/duty charges incurred upon delivery for international orders. 

• Any international customs and/or duty charges shall be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods as these charges are not included in the original total of your order.
