What is the return policy of Campfirecycling ?
All returns must be in new condition, complete with original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc. 20% Return/Restocking Fee Applies for Complete Bicycles. They accept returns for 30 thirty days from the date of purchase. They will not accept any returns that do not have a Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package. They do not accept returns on products advertised as “Closeouts”. Returns on purchases that qualified for Free Shipping will have CampfireCycling.com’s shipping cost deducted from the refund, again with the exceptions that the need for return shipping is due to 1. their shipping mistake 2. damage 3. a warranty issue.
