When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days starting the day after you place an order. They do not ship on federal holidays or weekends.

What shipping options does Campman offer?

• Economy Shipping: 3-5 business days after your order has shipped.

• 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days after your order has shipped.

• Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day after your order has shipped.

How to return a product?

• If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order under the “Orders” tab, and click the “Return Item(s)” button.
• To simplify the returns shipping process, they will email you a $7.95 flat-rate return shipping label to be deducted from your refund. This label can be used by customers within the contiguous U.S. returning non-oversized products. If you do not use their flat-rate return shipping label, you will not be charged for it. Similarly, exchange orders will not be charged for the use of their return shipping label.
• Oversized products may include but are not limited to ski/snowboard bags, luggage, etc. Products considered to be oversized or shipping from Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to additional return shipping charges.
• If you do not have a Campman account and do not want to create an account, please email them at [email protected] with your return request information and they will help you get your return set up.

Why is my coupon code not working?

If a valid, currently running coupon code is not working, it is typically because an item is already on sale, and the coupon cannot be applied in addition to the sale price. Otherwise, an item may be excluded from the coupon by certain brand or product restrictions. If you have questions about a coupon not applying, please contact them via phone at 801-999-8117 or on their live chat.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to the email address associated with your order. Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not find your tracking number, log into your Campman account to view your order details, or simply contact them.

Do they charge for return shipping?

They are happy to offer free return labels for exchanges for different sizes, colors, items, store credit, etc. For items being returned for a refund, they offer discounted return labels. If you would like them to provide you with a return label, please contact them. 

Does Campman process warranty requests?

If you purchased a product from Campman that has a warranty-related issue, the fastest and easiest way to handle the warranty is to contact the manufacturer and go through their warranty process.
