What is your return policy?
CandyFunhouse.ca does NOT accept returns for and candy or food items. If there any concerns with your order then please contact their Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving your order for refund/exchange requests and must be approved by their Customer Service Department. Due to Health and Safety concerns CandyFunhouse.ca only accept returns of Non-Edible items. Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to CandyFunhouse.ca in their original condition at their expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of non-edible products.
