Only purchases made through canva's official website and mobile apps are considered legal subscriptions. Any subscription purchase outside these official channels is considered illegal.

Why am I charged twice for subscribing to canva paintable Premium Edition?
If your canva premium subscription is repeatedly charged, please check the following possible reasons:
You may have multiple canva accounts.You may have more than one canva account, and the fee comes from your other account. This usually happens when you register through different login methods.To help confirm whether the charge comes from your other accounts, please try logging in to these accounts and view the receipt in the account settings page. After finding the charged account, you can cancel the current subscription.

You have more than one canva team. If you can't see the charging information in the receipt, you may have logged in to other teams.
