What is their return policy?
Due to the customized nature of each hat produced, capbeast does not offer returns or refunds.
If the information you receive is incorrect, capbeast can decide whether to approve them at its own discretion to make the project comply with the provisions of this policy.
You are responsible for the postage and delivery costs of returning the items to them, and you cannot recover such costs from capbeast.
Capbeast is not responsible for returning any items lost during transportation.
