How about defective returns and exchanges policy?
They guarantee all products against manufacturers' defects within 30 days of purchase. They reserve the right to determine whether merchandise is defective and to replace or refund defective merchandise if necessary. They will not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise not in its original packaging.
