What is their return policy?
If your package exceeds their 14 day limit policy, they will have to return the package to you. Returned items must be eligible for return and will be refunded to the original payment method. Please ensure all items are returned in new, unused, original packaging with all W Concept (and brands). This includes protective plastic covers, garment bags, dust bags and labels that are still attached. Shoes must be returned in the original box. For hygiene purposes, underwear, pierced jewelry, cosmetics and skin care products cannot be returned or exchanged. Naturally any defective item can be returned. Any non-defective item that is not in its original condition, suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be returned and will be returned to you. A return fee of $12.00 (USD) will be deducted from your refund.
What is their shipping policy?
After placing your order, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once they receive your order, you will receive your order confirmation email. After your order has been processed, please allow approximately 1 week for your order to be in the "Processing" stage. Free shipping on orders of $99 (excluding duties and taxes) or more in all 53 countries. W Concept is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, W Concept is not responsible for delays (such as customs clearance) related to the courier itself. Unfortunately, they have no control over these delays. They do not accept PO Box, APO, FPO and DPO addresses for delivery.
How can I refuse my shipment?
If you would like to reject your package, please contact [email protected] for assistance with your order number, shipment number, tracking number. If you wish to reject the package, please be sure to notify the recipient of your rejection in order to receive a refund for this order. If the package is not rejected, they will not be able to refund you. Refused shipments will result in a deduction of $12.00 (return shipping) from your refund amount. You will receive a refund up to 30 days after the shipment has been declined.
