When will I receive the shipping confirmation?
Your order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! They will deliver the items to you by the delivery date shown or within the date range provided at checkout.

What is the shipping policy for international orders?
They ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries and regions. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.
Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
They offer pre-paid duties to orders shipping to Canada and France.
How to return a gift?
Use the Start A Return (US) link located in the footer on their website to print a return label.
Enter the order number and billing zip code that was used to place the order.
Make sure to check "This was a gift" and enter the email address that you wish the e-gift card to be sent to.
Once the return is received, an e-gift card will be issued. For store purchases, returns with a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt and refunds will be made in the form of a merchandise credit.
Can I excahnge my order for a different one?
Yes. The item(s) you are exchanging must be mailed back within 7 days or your exchange order will be cancelled. Once the carrier has your return, your exchange order will begin processing.
If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, they will refund your original form of payment.
If the exchange was submitted after 30 days from delivery of the original item, an e-gift card will be issued.
