What is Carol's Bakery E-Commerce Policy?

Carlo's Bakery takes great pride in every product they offer and strives to deliver them in the best possible condition on the required delivery date. While they take many steps to reduce the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food across the country, unfortunately, once a package reaches FedEx, UPS or USPS, there are certain things they have no control over, such as weather and shipping delays. How do I receive the goods?

Carlo's Bakery cannot guarantee delivery times as it all depends on the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages any time between 8am and 11pm. If you're placing an order for a time-sensitive event, they recommend placing your order as early as possible and arranging to arrive 1-2 days before the event. Most of their products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness. In some cases, due to weather, high volume of packages (especially during holidays) or other events beyond their control, they may allow your product to arrive earlier than requested to ensure that it is in good condition.

Can I return it?

Due to the perishable nature of their products, all items on Carlosbakery.com are final sales. Returns, refunds or cancellations are not permitted for any shipped orders.
