What is their return policy?

They offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive the item. They only offer 1 free return to the UK and Ireland. If you are outside the UK or Ireland, you must organise your return through your local post office or courier company at your own expense. Please email [email protected] for a free return link. Once they email you your return link, attach it to your package. You must return your item in its original unworn packaging.

Free delivery to the UK and Ireland on all orders over €149 / £149. Their goal is to deliver your Carl Scarpa purchase to you as quickly as possible. All deliveries will be made between 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Delivery to a home or business address is possible, but please note that when the package arrives, you will be required to sign for it as proof of receipt. Please note that items sold will only be delivered to the address specified on your order.

• Make sure your packaging is airtight and secure. Carl Scarpa is not responsible for items lost in transit to their headquarters and will not refund or exchange them.
