How do I track my orders?
You will receive an email confirmation at the address you provided during checkout or registration. If you don't receive confirmation and your email address is listed correctly in your account information, please email them or call them Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM EST , ask for help.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel the order, they can proceed to cancel the order for you if the order has not been processed. They cannot cancel the order if it has already been processed. However, once you receive the package in the mail, you can proceed to return it to them.
What is their return policy?
All return requests should be sent directly to Carson Dellosa Education's Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized in advance by Customer Service and must be received within 90 days of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping and handling. You should receive your refund within 4-8 weeks of returning it. If your return request includes a credit to your credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. All returns must be marked with a Return Material Authorization Number. Please contact customer service to obtain your return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. All special sales are final. Products in this category will not be refunded or exchanged. Printable and eBook purchases are non-refundable.
What is their shipping policy?
Shipping charges apply only to orders shipped within the continental United States. All orders will be shipped with the most efficient carrier and service type selected. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Prices are subject to change. PO Box addresses are accepted. Due to the speed at which they process and fulfill orders, they will not be able to change your order once confirmed. Please allow 7-10 business days (standard delivery) and 3-5 business days (express) for stock orders. Orders over $50 in non-contiguous U.S. states, U.S. territories, and Canada will receive a 20% discount at checkout with standard shipping options.
