How can I create a wish list?
Creating your very own wish list of items you would like to have is easy and fun. You can share your list with family and friends, or you can choose to keep it to yourself.
Register for an account to create your own wish list. Once you have registered, you can access your wish list at any time from the upper right hand corner of any page on the site.
Find an item you would like to add and click the "Add to Wish List" button
Each time an item is added, you will be brought to your wish list page to view all the items on your list.
After your wish list is completed, you can share it with family and friends or just keep it to yourself for later reference
Can I return the products at Carter's Oshkosh?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn, unwashed item within 90 days with your original packing slip and they will gladly exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less adjustments for shipping and handling if applicable. You may return your unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased online at cartersoshkosh.ca to any company-owned Carter's Oshkosh retail store in Canada.
Can I return gift with a Gift Receipt?
In-Store gift purchases of any unworn, unwashed items may be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. The refund shall be in the form of a store-only money card.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
Any Carter's Oshkosh product with a quality defect can be returned to a Carter's Oshkosh store for a full refund or exchange (please bring the packing slip or printed receipt). You may also contact their Consumer Affairs department at 1-888-336-1995 between the hours of 8am and 7pm EST Monday-Friday to make arrangements to return the item to them by mail.
What shipping do you offer?
$8 CAD Standard Shipping
All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment verification and are shipped at a flat rate of $8. Most orders shipped via Standard shipping will be delivered via Canada Post typically within 4-9 business days of order processing. Please allow additional days for delivery to remote areas.
$25 CAD Express Shipping
All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday with the Express shipping option selected are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified and are shipped at a flat rate of $25. Most orders shipped via Express shipping will be delivered via Purolator or Canada Post within 2-3 business days of order processing. Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery to remote areas.
