• If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Talbots or haven products you purchased, they will accept the return and exchange of the ticketed, undressed, unwashed or defective goods, as well as the unopened and unused products, such as perfume, candles, etc., with a valid receipt within 60 days after purchase. Goods purchased as final sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
