Can I make a return at Haven Well Within?

• If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Talbots or haven products you purchased, they will accept the return and exchange of the ticketed, undressed, unwashed or defective goods, as well as the unopened and unused products, such as perfume, candles, etc., with a valid receipt within 60 days after purchase. Goods purchased as final sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Talbots retail stores and our distribution centers (mail returns) can only accept returns of goods purchased from Talbots retail stores, online or telephone orders.

Product credits cannot be used to purchase Talbots and haven in gift cards.

Does Haven Well Within adjust the price?

If the price of the goods falls within 14 days after the date of initial purchase or shipment, they will be happy to adjust the price. Unless the commodity letter of credit is preferred, the original payment method will be adjusted according to the current selling price. The final sales purchase does not meet the conditions for price adjustment.

Who pay the sale taxes?

Where required by law, they collect sales / use state and local taxes based on the "ship to" address of the order. Sales tax will also apply to transportation and handling costs required by law.
